Nick L. is a Brooklyn based IT professional who believes technology should work for people in a secure, meaningful way that enhances their potential, not replaces it.

His professional IT journey started at Apple where he spent six years working across sales, training, and technical support, earning Apple Mac & iOS Technician certification along the way. Having previously worked in hospitality and retail, with a background in theatrical performance and design, Nick brings a unique set of skills to IT. He’s developed a style of support, training, and service that puts people first and leaves the robotics to the machines.

His career has taken him through some of New York's most demanding and respected organizations. At Work & Co, a globally recognized digital product agency, Nick served as IT Security & Compliance Manager, where he led the company's SOC 2 readiness initiative, implemented SSO and MFA across the organization's SaaS stack, delivered security awareness training to 400+ employees, managed vendor relationships and contract renewals, and oversaw the complete audit and migration of all agency tools following the company's acquisition in 2024.

Prior to Work & Co, he provided executive IT support at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, one of New York's most prestigious law firms, supporting partners, senior attorneys, and administrators in a high pressure, security conscious environment.

Nick is a JAMF Certified Technician.
