Who is Nick?
Nick is from Brooklyn, NY, and he’d be glad to show off his accent to prove it. From a young age he took an interest in technology, troubleshooting VCR issues, setting up his family’s personal computer, and blowing into NES cartridges.
Nick’s professional IT journey started at Apple where he spent six years working with people to choose, use, and understand their technology, and helped them to resolve issues by finding solutions with minimal disruptive impacts. Having previously worked in hospitality and retail, with a background in theatrical performance and design, Nick brings a unique set of skills to IT. He’s developed a style of support, training, and service that puts people first and leaves the robotics to the machines. He practices clear and direct communication, has a collaborative mindset, stays prepared for unexpected outcomes, and recognizes the importance of balancing cultural and business requirements in every environment he works in. He is enthusiastically ready to work with you on your personal or small business technology needs.
When he's not solving tech problems, Nick can be found on stage and screen, drawing, behind a piano, or at state and national parks.
The Professional Side
Nick's career has taken him through some of New York's most demanding and respected organizations, each adding a distinct layer to his technical and professional expertise.
At Work & Co, a globally recognized digital product agency, Nick served as IT Security & Compliance Manager, where he led the company's SOC 2 readiness initiative, implemented SSO and MFA across the organization's SaaS stack, delivered security awareness training to 400+ employees, managed vendor relationships and contract renewals, and oversaw the complete audit and migration of all agency tools following the company's acquisition in 2024.
Prior to Work & Co, Nick provided executive IT support at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, one of New York's most prestigious law firms, supporting partners, senior attorneys, and administrators in a high pressure, security conscious environment.
Building on his foundation at Apple, Nick has continued to develop deep expertise across a broad range of platforms, tools, and environments. Nick holds Apple Mac & iOS Technician certification and is a JAMF Certified Technician, and looks forward to showcasing his skills by helping your business.
